1 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-81 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING LINDA AVENUE ADDITION FINAL PLAT <br />WHEREAS, on March 21, 2025 the City received a complete land use application for <br />Linda Avenue Addition final plat hereafter referred to as Development; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff completed review of the proposed Development based on the <br />following plans and information: <br />•Boundary & Topographic Survey with Resource Inventory prepared by Kurth Surveying, <br />Inc. dated July 16, 2024 <br />•Boundary & Topographic Survey with Tree Inventory & Removals prepared by Kurth <br />Surveying, Inc. dated July 16, 2024 <br />•Preliminary Plat prepared by Kurth Surveying, Inc. dated July 16, 2024 <br />•Civil Plan Set prepared by Plowe Engineering, Inc. dated March 12, 2025 <br />•Landscape Plan prepared by Plowe Engineering, Inc. dated July 16, 2024 <br />•Title Commitment <br />•Cost Estimate <br />•Well and Boring Sealing Record <br />•MPCA SSTS Abandonment Reporting Form; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 10, 2024 the City Council passed Resolution No. 24-69 approving the <br />preliminary plat; and <br />WHEREAS, on May 14, 2025 the Planning & Zoning Board reviewed and recommended <br />approval of the Development; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Development is not considered premature and meets the <br />performance standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota: <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br />Per City Code Section 1001.057 Review, Approval or Denial: <br />(2) The following requirements shall be met before consideration of the final plat by the City <br />Council: <br />(a) The final plat shall substantially conform to the approved preliminary plat and phasing <br />Page 271 of 353
