CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-82 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING LINDA AVENUE ADDITION DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, on June 9, 2025 the City Council passed Resolution No. 25-81 approving the <br />Linda Avenue Addition final plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the City’s subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the <br />execution of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />approves the Development Agreement between James M.
