CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-67 <br />APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH RJM CONSTRCUTION, <br />CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AS AGENT, PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING <br />WHEREAS, the City is proposing to construct a new Public Works facility to replace the <br />existing building constructed in 1971, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the contract with Oertel Architects for preparation <br />of plans and specifications for the project on January 27, 2025, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City proposes to retain the services of a qualified construction manager to <br />assist with the design and construction of the building, and <br />WHEREAS, the City reviewed proposals from four firms for selection of the required <br />services, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br />professional services contract for Construction Manager as Agent (CMa) is hereby awarded to <br />RJM Construction in the amount of $1,069,621.00. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a <br />contract on behalf of the City following review and approval by the City Attorney. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of June, 2025. <br />___________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />___________________________ <br />Roberta Colotti, CMC, City Clerk <br />Page 348 of 353
