CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-83 <br />Authorize Professional Services Agreement For the Shenandoah Stormwater <br />Quality Improvement Project <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the City to <br />proceed with the preparation of plans and specifications for the Shenandoah Stormwater <br />Quality Improvement Project; and <br />WHEREAS, the Shenandoah Stormwater Improvements will benefit stormwater <br />discharges to Rice Lake, a MPCA impaired water body; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, WSB, the City Engineer, has submitted a proposal to prepare plans and <br />specifications for said improvements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota: <br />1. Authorizes preparation of the Plans and Specifications for the Shenandoah <br />Stormwater Quality Improvement Project. <br />2.
