Quarter of Southwest Quarter (SE 1/4 of SW 1/4) of said Section Thirty-four (34) lying Easterly <br />of the County Road, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />Section 4: Development Regulations <br />The development shall conform to the plans, requirements, and conditions of approval as listed <br />in Council Resolution No. 25-65. If not otherwise specified, the requirements of City Code <br />Section 1007.114, R-4, High Density Residential District, shall govern the townhomes, <br />apartments, and senior building. The requirements of City Code Section 1007.132 GB, General <br />Business shall govern the commercial development. <br />Section 5: Effect <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication according <br />to the Lino Lakes City Charter and upon the filing of the ordinance. <br />Section 6: Contingency <br />The rezoning provided for by this ordinance is contingent on the filing of Wilkinson Waters <br />Addition final plat.
