111 Reading: June 9, 2025 <br />Website Notice: <br />2nd Reading: <br />Publication: <br />Adoption: <br />Effective: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 11-25 <br />VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT <br />OUTLOT A, ALINO ADDITION, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes ordains: <br />Section 1: Findings of Fact <br />1. The City Council of Lino Lakes has determined to vacate the drainage and utility <br />easement ("Easement") as shown in Attachment A and legally described as follows: <br />That portion of OUTLOT A, ALINO ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota to be vacated <br />describes as follows: <br />The north 20.00 feet of the south 79.00 feet of the west 161.00 feet and the east 10.00 <br />feet of the west 171.00 feet of the north 64.00 feet of the south 79.00 feet of said <br />OUTLOT A, ALINO ADDITION. <br />2. A public hearing was held on June 9, 2025 before the City Council in the City Hall Council <br />Chambers after due published and posted notice had been given and reasonable <br />attempts were made to give personal notice to all affected property owners, and all <br />persons interested were given an opportunity to be heard; and <br />3. It appears to be in the best interest of the City to vacate such Easement; and <br />4. This ordinance shall be recorded with Anoka County; and <br />5. Four -fifths of all members of the City Council concur with this ordinance. <br />Section 2: Drainage and Utility Easement Vacated <br />The Easement legally described herein is hereby vacated upon recording of Clearwater <br />Commons final plat with Anoka County. <br />Section 4: Effect <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication according <br />to the Lino Lakes City Charter and upon filing of the ordinance. <br />Page 127 of 142 <br />
