Active, non- <br />programmed recreation <br />remains the mainstay <br />of neighborhood parks. <br />General coverage area <br />of residents served is 1/2 <br />mile radius, or between a <br />10 and 15 minute walk. <br />Pocket Park (PP) <br />These parks tend to <br />develop on small, solitary, <br />irregularly shaped <br />lots and serve hyper- <br />local residents and are <br />typically maintained <br />by an HOA.
