2 <br /> <br />Representatives from Kimley Horn will be presenting the plan and addressing comments <br />received from the board. <br /> <br />A public hearing on the Master Plan will be scheduled for the August 13th, 2025, regular <br />Planning and Zoning Board meeting. Pending consideration and recommendation by the Board, <br />the Master Plan would be placed on the August 25, 2025, regular council meeting for adoption. <br />If approved staff would begin the process for amendment of the 2040 Comprehensive Plan to <br />incorporate the Master Plan. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff is requesting comments from the Board on the draft plan. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />1.
