Our comments were made on the following <br />documents: <br />0 <br />U <br />Erickson Property Preliminary Plan and Plat prepared by Landform, dated May 12, 2025. <br />w Erickson Property Stormwater Management Plan prepared by Landform, dated May 12, <br />co 2025. <br />a The following review comments should be responded to in writing by the applicant. There are <br />additional redline comments on the plan set that should be responded to as well. Not all redline <br />coID <br />comments are in the review memo. <br />`O Engineerinq <br />• General <br />The Erickson Property development is approximately 5 acres which extends a stubbed <br />street (Osakis Street) from the Watermark (5t") Development on the east side of CSAH 54 <br />(201" Avenue). The current project proposes 14 single family lots and associated <br />a infrastructure. <br />a <br />z Grading <br />a <br />U) <br />The Erickson Property Development includes site grading for the 14 homes as well as the <br />extension of Osakis Street and driveways. <br />N <br />W <br />H <br />D Comments: <br />1. Provide EOF elevations, locations and routes for all low points in the paved and <br />greenspaces. <br />w 2. Show all high and break points <br />3. Label all inlet elevations <br />co 4. Replace the eastern existing FES with CBMH and utilize the existing rear swales <br />from Watermark 5th/6t" (see redline comments) eliminating the proposed swale on <br />w the Erickson Property lots. <br />;° a.
