The developer shall submit to the City the MDH Well and Boring Sealing Record as proof <br />that the private well has been properly capped. <br />7. The housing units on the west side of Osakis Street shall meet the following noise <br />requirements: <br />a. The buildings are constructed in such a way that the exterior to interior sound <br />level attenuation is at least 30 dB(A). <br />b. The buildings have year-round climate control. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED following items shall be addressed in conjunction with the final plat <br />submittal: <br />1. Comments from City Engineer Memo dated June 4, 2025. <br />2. Comments from Environmental Memo dated May 28, 2025. <br />3. Draft documents of the following shall be provided to the City for review prior to <br />recording: <br />a. Retaining wall easement <br />b. HOA documents <br />c. Temporary easement for cul de sac <br />4. All applicable plan sheets shall show a trail graded in along CSAH 54 (20th Avenue). <br />5. Sheet C2.1, Preliminary Plat & Site Plan: <br />a. The total number of lots shall be provided in the Lot Data Table. <br />6. Sheet L1.1, Tree Preservation & Mitigation Plan: <br />a.
