NOTIFICATION TO RESIDENTS <br />39 There was discussion of the type of notification that is provided by the City to inform residents <br />40 that a development project is being proposed. The proposed design of a sign notifying residents <br />41 of a development project was presented and reviewed by the Charter Commission and City <br />42 Council. The online "Notify Me" notification platform was discussed along with the other <br />43 methods of notification. <br />44 <br />45 6. ZONING REGULATIONS: MINIUM DISTANCES BETWEEN BUSINESSES <br />
