Michael Grochala <br /> February 10, 2025 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Site 41 — Lakes 1 Stop, 7090 21 st Avenue South, Centerville, MN <br /> Leak Site LS0013380: The identified leak was discovered in 2000, consisted of <br /> gasoline, and was issued site closure by the MPCA in 2003. <br /> Site 62—Acton Construction, 2209 Phelps Road, Lino Lakes, MN <br /> • Leak Site LS0001284: The identified leak was discovered in 1989, consisted of fuel <br /> oil #1  and lead gasoline, impacted groundwater, and was issued site closure by <br /> the MPCA in 1992. <br /> • Brownfields VP3340: The site entered the Brownfields Voluntary Investigation and <br /> Cleanup (VIC) Program from 1992 to 1997. <br /> • Brownfields BF0001207: A second VIC listing associated with Site 62 was listed as <br /> active from June 2019 to December 2019. <br /> Site 85— Rehbein Shop/Office, 6805 201h Avenue South, Centerville, MN <br /> • Leak Site LS0015707: The identified leak was discovered in 2003, consisted of <br /> diesel, did not impact groundwater, and was issued site closure by the MPCA in 2006. <br /> Adjacent Sites <br /> Nine (9) sites were identified adjacent to the Study Area (see Figure 2). Many of the sites were <br /> included on multiple database listings, however, not all listings indicate the presence of <br /> contamination. The following adjacent site listings indicate the presence of contamination: <br /> Site 31 —Corner Express, 1990 Main Street, Centerville, MN <br /> • Leak Site LS0018115: The identified leak was discovered in 2010, consisted of <br /> unleaded gasoline, impacted groundwater, and was issued site closure by the MPCA <br /> in 2011. <br /> • Leak Site LS0020747: The identified leak was discovered in June 2018, consisted of <br /> gasoline, and was issued site closure by the MPCA in August 2018. <br /> Site 70—Jim Stevens Construction, 7007 201"Avenue, Centerville, MN <br /> Leak Site LS0009694: The identified leak was discovered in 1996, consisted of diesel <br /> and gasoline, impacted groundwater, and was issued site closure by the MPCA in <br /> 1998. <br /> Site 81 — Lino Lakes Well #4, 6786 Clearwater Creek Dr, Centerville, MN <br /> • Leak Site LS0014107: The identified leak was discovered in 2000, consisted of <br /> (unknown), did not impact groundwater, and was issued site closure by the MPCA in <br /> 2003. <br /> Surrounding Area Sites (Within 500 Feet) <br /> Nine (9) sites were identified in the surrounding area (within 500 feet) of the Study Area (see <br /> Figure 2). Many of the sites were included on multiple databases, however, not all listings <br /> indicate the presence of contamination.
