Mitigation Item 21.13 <br /> 600 Town Center Pkwy requires that Metro Transit staff be <br /> Lino Lakes,MN 55014 contacted if an impact to the bus route <br /> is proposed. <br /> SUBJECT: Lino Lakes 1-35E Corridor AUAR <br /> MnDOT Review#AUAR25-002 <br /> Northeastern portion of the City of Lino Lakes around both 1-35E and 1-35W <br /> Lino Lakes,Anoka County <br /> Dear Michael Grochala, <br /> Thank you for the opportunity to review the 2025 update to the Lino Lakes 1-35E Corridor Alternative Urban <br /> Areawide Review(AUAR).Please note that MnDOT's review of this AUAR does not constitute approval of a <br /> regional traffic analysis and is not a specific approval for access or new roadway improvements.As plans <br /> are refined,we would like the opportunity to coordinate with our partners and to review the updated <br /> information. MnDOT's staff has reviewed the document and has the following comments: <br /> Water Resources <br /> A MnDOT drainage permit may be required before development occurs.The permit applicant shall <br /> demonstrate that the off-site runoff entering MnDOT drainage system(s)and/or right of way will not <br /> increase.The drainage permit application,including the information below,should be submitted online to: <br /> httns-//oloa.dot,state,mn.us/OLPA/.Please upload this letter with the drainage permit application. <br /> The following information must be submitted with the drainage permit application: <br /> 1. Grading plans,drainage plans,and hydraulic calculations demonstrating that proposed flows to <br /> MnDOT right of way remain the same as existing conditions or are reduced. <br /> 2. Existing and proposed drainage area maps with flow arrows and labeling that corresponds with the <br /> submitted calculations. <br /> 3. Hydro CAD model and PDF of output for the 2,10,and 100-year Atlas 14 storm events. <br /> Once a drainage permit application is submitted,a thorough reviewwill be completed and additional <br /> information may be requested.Please contact Jason Swenson,Water Resources Engineering,at <br /> iason.swensonr7a state.mn_us or 651-234-7539 with any questions. <br /> Transit <br /> As shown In Figure 4 of this AUAR,there is a park and ride in the northwest corner of 1-35 and CSAH <br /> 14/Main St that serves Metro Transit Route 275.Development in this area may have impacts to this route.
