7. Sheet L7.1 shows coniferous tree planting detail. No coniferous trees are being shown <br /> on the planting tables. Remove this detail if not in use. <br /> 8. On Block one lot one and block two lot seven,the trees are planted outside of the <br /> boulevard.The city is okay but noted there will not be future planting there. <br /> 9. Trees that are to be preserved should show tree protection (snow fence or silt fence) <br /> around the trees during construction. <br /> 10. Provide plantings in the rear of block two for screening from adjacent existing homes. <br /> 11. Provide calculations for open space requirements. 1 large tree and 2 large shrubs are <br /> required for every 2,500sf of open space. <br /> 12. Shrubs located in the rear lots of block 1 should be planted within the property <br /> boundaries for screening. Open space requirements will require the planting of shrubs <br /> within the outlot as well. <br /> 13.
