CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 25-92 <br /> APPROVING 1-35E ALTERNATIVE URBAN AREAD WIDE REVIEW (AUAR) 2025 UPDATE <br /> WHEREAS, an AUAR Update has been completed forth project pursuant to Minnesota <br /> Rules 4410 and identifies and assesses the environmental impacts and mitigation measures <br /> associated with the 1-35E Corridor Area <br /> WHEREAS, the 1-35E Corridor Area is located on approximately 4,500 acres located in the <br /> northeastern portion of Lino Lakes and was updated pursuant to Minnesota Rules <br /> 4410.3610 <br /> WHEREAS, the AUAR Update was distributed for the required 10-day comment period and <br /> published in the EQB Monitor, no agency objections were filed for the AUAR Update; <br /> comments received, and responses developed are included in the public record <br /> WHEREAS, development in the 1-35E Corridor Area is expected to comply with all Lino Lakes <br /> and review agency standards as well as the mitigation measures outlined in the AUAR <br /> Update. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes hereby <br /> adopts the 1-35E Corridor Area Alternative Urban Areawide Review Update dated June 16, 2025. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of July, 2025. <br /> Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, <br /> City Clerk <br /> Page 55 of 240 <br />
