The values presented in Tables 1 and 2 show the <br /> estimated annual volume and pollutant load reductions based on the conceptual analysis, and do <br /> not include any site-specific constraints for individual developments within the AUAR area. <br /> Potential Impact to Downstream Receiving Waters <br /> The analysis within the AUAR area shows that the runoff volumes will be reduced by <br /> approximately 60 percent for the two proposed land use scenarios compared to existing <br /> conditions. This is achieved through implementing City of Lino Lakes, RCWD, and NPDES <br /> volume reduction requirements.
