Consider Resolution No. 25-100 Approving Summary <br />Publication of Ordinance No. 13-25 <br />VOTE REQUIRED: Simple Majority <br />INTRODUCTION <br />Staff is requesting City Council consideration of the above noted items. <br />BACKGROUND <br />The applicant, Hampton Companies, submitted a land use application for rezoning and <br />preliminary plat for a residential subdivision called Erickson Property. The applicant proposes <br />to subdivide the existing lot located at 7590 20t" Avenue into 14 single family lots. <br />The City Council approved the 1st reading of the rezoning ordinance on July 14, 2025. <br />The Findings of Fact are detailed in Ordinance No. 13-25. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the above noted ordinance and resolution. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
