DESIGN YEAR (2045) SCENARIO 1 CAPACITY ANALYSIS <br />Capacity analysis was conducted for the Design Year (2045) Scenario 1 conditions to determine the long- <br />term effects of the proposed development. The background changes to intersection control discussed in <br />§3.1 were included along with the addition of the proposed development access points. The Design Year <br />(2045) build Scenario 1 volumes are shown in Exhibit 12.
