CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.25- <br />102 <br />APPROVING Lino Lakes Main Street Final Alternative Urban Areawide Review <br />(AUAR) <br />WHEREAS, an AUAR Update has been completed forth project pursuant to Minnesota <br />Rules 4410 and identifies and assesses the environmental impacts and mitigation measures <br />associated with the Lino Lakes Main Street Corridor. <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Main Street Corridor Area is located on approximately 962 acres <br />located in the northwest portion of Lino Lakes and was updated pursuant to Minnesota <br />Rules 4410.3610 <br />WHEREAS, the AUAR Update was distributed for the required 30-day comment period and <br />published in the EQB Monitor, no agency objections were filed for the AUAR Update; <br />comments received, and responses developed are included in the public record <br />WHEREAS, development in the Lino Lakes Main Street Corridor Area is expected to comply <br />with all Lino Lakes and review agency standards as well as the mitigation measures outlined <br />in the AUAR Update. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />adopts the Lino Lakes Main Street Final Area Alternative Urban Areawide Review Update dated <br />August 11, 2025. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11th day of August, 2025. <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, <br />City Clerk <br />Page 580 of 617 <br />
