hereby reaffirmed as the entity charged with the authority and responsibility to manage <br />VLAWMO. <br />L VLAWMO has also established a Technical Commission that performs a varietv of <br />functions to assist with VLAWMO's operations and assist with developing VLAWMO's <br />annual budget. <br />J. The Board has previously acted to adopt a Watershed Management Plan for the watershed <br />and has regularly updated the Watershed Management Plan in accordance with Minn. Stat. <br />10313.231, Minn. R., chap. 8410, and such other law as maygpply. <br />K. The Members desire to enter into this Agreement to reaffirm VLAWMO and the Board in <br />furtherance of its efforts to continue working cooperatively to prepare and administer a <br />watershed management plan to manage surface water within the watershed in accordance <br />with the Act and Minn. R., chap. 8410. <br />AGREEMENT <br />In consideration of the mutual promises and agreements contained herein, the Members <br />mutually agree as follows: <br />SECTION I <br />ESTABLISHMENT AND GENERAL PURPOSE <br />1.1 Pie-Reaffirmina the Establishment.
