(k) "Local Water Management Plan" - Ameans a plan adopted by the each of the <br />me bersMembers pursuant to Minnesota S, i9*Minn. Stat. § 103B.235 <br />and Minn. R., part 8410.0160. <br />(1) "Member" means each of the cities and the town that <br />mare parties to this Agreement. <br />(m)"Special Legislation" means 2008 Minn. Laws Chap. 366, Art. 6, Sec. 47. <br />n) "Storm Sewer Utilitv" or "SSU" means the public utilitv established by VLAWMO <br />pursuant to the Special Legislation. Stat. § 103B.231. <br />SECTION III <br />SECT -!ON 11% <br />ORGANIZATION OF VLAWMO; RESPONSIBILITIES OF MEMBERS <br />3.1 Subdivision 4 . Board of Directors. -The governing body of the--VLAWMO shall be 4sthe <br />"Vadnais Lake Area Water Management Organization Board of Directors." The Board of <br />Directors is comprised of a total of six (6) Directors. The parties hereby reaffirm the <br />establishment and continued operation of the Board of Directors, which shall carry out the <br />purposes and have the powers as provided in this Agreement. <br />Subdivision .
