Site Improvement Performance Agreement <br />Site Improvement Performance Agreements will be required for construction of each building. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the Java Lino LakesSecond Addition final platwith the following <br />conditions: <br />1.Declaration and/or agreements and exhibits shall be recorded detailing private <br />maintenance responsibilities include the driveways, landscaped parking lot medians, <br />island landscaping, lighting, and other related appurtenances. <br /> <br />The following items shall be addressed prior to release of the final plat mylars: <br /> <br />1. All comments from the City Engineer memo related to the final plat dated August 6, <br />2025. <br />The following items shall be addressed prior to issuing building permits within the plat: <br />1.All comments from the City Engineer memo dated August 6, 2025. <br />2. All comments from Environmental memo dated August 6, 2025. <br />3. All applicable plan sheets. <br />a.
