RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the Clearwater Commons final plat with the following conditions: <br />1.A shared access, parking, and maintenance agreement and exhibit shall be recorded. <br />2. The plat and development agreement shall be recorded before any mortgage lenders. <br /> <br />The following items shall be addressed prior to the releaseof the final plat mylars: <br /> <br />1. All comments from the City Engineer memo dated August 6, 2025. <br />2. All comments from the Environmental Coordinator memo dated August 6, 2025. <br />3.
