July 9, 2025 <br />Planning & Zoning Board Meeting: August 13, 2025 <br />September 10, 2025 <br />City Council Work Session:October 6, 2025 <br />City Council Meeting:October 13, 2025 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Land Use Application is for the following: <br /> Comprehensive Plan Amendment <br /> Rezoning <br />PUD Preliminary Plan <br /> Preliminary Plat <br /> <br />The Planning & Zoning Board held a public hearing on July 9, 2025 and recommended <br />continuing the public hearing to allow the applicant time to provide additional <br />information. The applicant continues to work on the revised plans and needs additional <br />time to complete. <br /> <br />ANALYSIS <br />None. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends continuing the public hearing for Peltier Ponds Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment, Rezoningand PUD Preliminary Plan/Preliminary Plat to allow time for the <br />applicant to provide additional information and revise plans. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />None. <br />2 <br /> <br />
