DIRECTIONAL DISTRIBUTION <br />The estimated distribution of site-generated traffic on the surrounding roadway network was developed <br />based on a review of the roadway network, area development pattern, and access to the proposed <br />development. The anticipated global distribution of passenger vehicle site traffic to the Scenario 2 <br />development is anticipated to be the same as Scenario 1. The expected global traffic patterns are as follows: <br />• 35% to/from west on Main Street <br />• 25% to/from south on Sunset Avenue <br />• 20% to/from south on Lake Drive <br />• 10% to/from east on Lilac Street <br />• 5% to/from north on Lake Drive <br />• 5% to/from east on Main Street <br />Page 205 of 679
