CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-102 <br /> <br />APPROVING LINO LAKES MAIN STREET <br />FINAL ALTERNATIVE URBAN AREAWIDE REVIEW (AUAR) <br />WHEREAS, an Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) has been completed for the project <br />pursuant to Minnesota Rules 4410 and identifies and assesses the environmental impacts and <br />mitigation measures associated with the Lino Lakes Main Street Study Area; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Main Street Corridor Study Area is located on approximately 962 <br />acres located in the northwest portion of Lino Lakes and the AUAR was completed pursuant to <br />Minnesota Rules 4410.3610; and <br />WHEREAS, the AUAR was distributed for the required 30-day comment period and published in <br />the EQB Monitor, no agency objections were filed for the AUAR; comments received, and <br />responses developed are included in the public record; and <br />WHEREAS, development in the Lino Lakes Main Street Study Area is expected to comply with all <br />Lino Lakes and review agency standards as well as the mitigation measures outlined in the AUAR; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />adopts the Lino Lakes Main Street Final Area Alternative Urban Areawide Review dated <br />August 11, 2025. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 11th day of August, 2025. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />Roberta Colotti, CMC, <br />City Clerk <br />Page 29 of 679
