3 <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution No. 25-105 details the Planning & Zoning Board’s findings of fact. <br /> <br />Additional Comments <br /> <br />1. Outdoor storage shall be compliant with City Code Section 1007.048. <br />2. Off-street parking shall be compliant with City Code Section 1007.052. <br />3. Home occupation shall be compliant with City Code Section 1007.056. <br />4. Construction-related businesses are not permitted uses on the property. <br />5. Per City Code Section 1007.044(10)(e) 2. Total allowable accessory building footprint <br />shall be limited to the following: <br /> a. One attached garage and one detached building, or <br /> b. Two detached accessory buildings. <br />6. Existing non-compliant accessory structures shall be removed prior to issuing a building <br />permit.
