<br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-108 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRUNK UTILITY AGREEMENT <br />FOR NATURES REFUGE NORTH <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Planned Unit Development (PUD) Preliminary <br />Plan/Preliminary Plat for the Natures Refuge North on May 12, 2025, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has reviewed the utility plans and found them to be in conformance <br />with the City Standard Specifications for Construction, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Developer of the Natures Refuge North project is required to submit a <br />cash escrow to cover City Costs in the amount of $145,032.00 and a letter of credit in the <br />amount of $3,120,729.00 to secure completion of the utility improvements. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that the Trunk <br />Utility Agreement between M/I Homes of Minneapolis/St. Paul LLC. and the City of Lino Lakes for <br />the Natures Refuge North PUD is hereby approved. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to <br />execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 11th day of August, 2025. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Roberta Colotti, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />Page 639 of 679
