<br /> <br />Lino Lakes Main Street - AUAR 63 August 2025 <br />the RPBB High Potential Zone in the study area may contain suitable habitat, a <br />habitat assessment may be required. <br />• Whooping Crane: No mitigation measures are anticipated to be required. <br />• Western Regal Fritillary: The use of native plant species in seed mixes may be <br />used to promote pollinator friendly habitat within the study area. <br />• Salamander Mussel: Avoidance of swift flowing streams and rivers that display a <br />rocky substrate is recommended to avoid impacts to the mussel. <br />State Listed Species <br />Avoidance and minimization recommendations were provided for the following species below <br />from the DNR. <br /> <br />• To demonstrate avoidance, a qualified surveyor will need to determine if suitable <br />habitat exists within the activity impact area and, if so, conduct a survey prior to any <br />project activities for the following species: <br />o A Bristle Berry (Rubus stipulates) - State -listed endangered species <br />o Autumn Fimbry (Fimbristylis autumnalis) - State -listed threatened species <br />o Black Huckleberry (Gaylussacia baccata) – State -listed threatened <br />species <br />o Blunt-lobed Grapefern (Sceptridium oneidense) – State-listed threatened <br />species <br />o Clinton’s Bulrush (Trichophorum clintonii) – State -listed threatened <br />species <br />o Cross-leaved Milkwort (Polygala cruciata) – State-listed endangered <br />species <br />o Fuller’s Bristle-berry (Rubus fulleri) – State-listed threatened species <br />o Lance -leaved Violet (Viola lanceolata) – State-listed threatened species <br />o Pale Sedge (Carex pallescens) – State -listed endangered species <br />o Slimspike Three-awn (Aristida longespica var. geniculata) – State-listed <br />endangered species <br />o St. Lawrence Grapefern (Sceptridium rugulosum) - State-listed <br />threatened species <br />o Swamp Blackberry (Rubus semisetosus) – State-listed threatened species <br />o Toothcup (Rotala ramosior) – State -listed threatened species <br />o Tubercled Rein Orchid (Platanthera flava var. herbiola) – State -listed <br />threatened species <br />o Twisted Yellow-eyed Grass (Xyris torta) – State -listed endangered species <br />Page 93 of 679
