ATTACHMENT B - ENGAGEMENT SUMMARIES (CONT.) <br />OPEN HOUSE 2 <br />1 <br />Mapping Northwest Main – Open House 2 Summary <br />Date/Location: Wednesday, February 5, 2025, 6-8 p.m. at The Rookery Activity Center <br />Format: Open House <br />Attendees: 60-70 <br />Purpose: The goal of the open house was to present three planning scenarios for the <br />project area with different density/land configurations, gather community feedback on the <br />scenario, and continue educating the community about density and density requirements. <br />Meeting Format: The open house was a come-and-go station concept with display boards <br />and large printouts of the three planning scenarios. Attendees were invited to leave <br />comments directly on the printouts with Post -it notes to describe what elements of the <br />plan they may or may not like. <br /> <br />Summary of Feedback and Comments <br />Comment Themes: <br />A total of 34 comments were received via the open house comment form, website <br />comment form, comments left on the interactive map, and/or interactive map survey.
