1 <br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-114 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING JAVA LINO LAKES SECOND ADDITION FINAL PLAT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on July 18, 2025, the City received a complete land use application for Java <br />Lino Lakes Second Addition final plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City staff completed review of the proposed final plat based on the following <br />plans and information: <br /> <br />• Java Lino Lakes 2nd Addition civil plan set prepared by Design Tree revision date July 15, <br />2025 <br />• Java Lino Lakes 2nd Addition Preliminary Plat prepared by Design Tree dated March 28, <br />2025 <br />• Java Lino Lakes Second Addition Final Plat prepared by Design Tree received on July 15, <br />2025 <br />• Final Stormwater Management Study Java Lino Lakes 2nd Addition prepared by Design <br />Tree dated May 27, 2025 <br />• Title Commitment dated April 23, 2025; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat with Resolution No. 25-45 on <br />April 14, 2025; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Board reviewed and recommended approval of the <br />final plat on August 13, 2025; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed final plat is not considered premature and meets the <br />performance standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota: <br /> <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br />Per City Code Section 1001.057 Review, Approval or Denial: <br /> <br />(2) The following requirements shall be met before consideration of the final plat by the City <br />Council: <br /> <br />(a) The final plat shall substantially conform to the approved preliminary plat and phasing <br />plan. <br /> <br />Page 126 of 171
