CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-113 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT, 2025 PARKING LOT AND TRAIL MAINTENANCE PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 2025 Parking Lot <br />and Trail Maintenance Project, quotes were received, and tabulated: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the low quote was submitted by Dimke Excavating Inc. of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota, in the amount of $125,788.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the funding for the project is through the General Fund – Parks Department; <br />and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that <br />the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Dimke <br />Excavating Inc. for the construction of the 2025 Parking Lot and Trail Maintenance Project in <br />the amount of $125,788.00; <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of August, 2025. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />___________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />___________________________ <br />Roberta Colotti, City Clerk <br />CONTRACTOR QUOTE <br />Dimke Excavating Inc. $125,788.00 <br />Winberg Companies $127,407.00 <br />Bituminous Roadways, Inc. $134,675.25 <br />Allied Inc. $141,816.25 <br />Page 47 of 171
