Ms. Larsen explained that there would not be a mid-street crossing <br />location added. <br />Mr. Kohler had questions about the water supply for engineering. Ms. Hankee stated <br />water flow for hydrants has been reviewed and public safety agrees with the <br />assessment. <br />Mr. Evensonmoved to approve the final plat subject to the conditions listed in the staff <br />report. Mr. Wipperfurth seconded the motion. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br /> <br />7. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />A.
