The <br />watermain may need to be looped through the site, and the watermain will need to include a <br />12-inch diameter trunk watermain as identified in the Comprehensive Plan. All proposed <br />units are required to be on the municipal water supply. <br /> <br />Water infrastructure for the Natures Refuge North Addition has not yet been designed and <br />will need to be submitted for preliminary plat by the applicant. It is anticipated that the <br />existing 16” DIP trunk main on Haywood Drive will need to be extended north through the <br />development to the eastern boundary similar to what is shown in the City’s 2040 <br />Comprehensive Plan. A 12” stub will need to be extended to the west towards Arena Acres <br />and Andall Street. Otherwise, the development will include a water system with <br />predominately 8- inch diameter ductile iron pipe (DIP) water main with 1-inch Type K <br />copper services being extended to each lot, consistent with the original Natures Refuge <br />development. Water supply will need to be evaluated in conjunction with current pending <br />DNR water appropriation approvals. <br /> <br />Comments: <br />1.
