This is a three (3) lot commercial subdivision. <br /> <br />(c) City attorney approval of the status of title/property ownership related to the final plat. <br /> <br />The City Attorney reviewed the title commitment and notes that the plat and development <br />agreement shall be recorded before any mortgage interests. <br /> <br />(d) Completed development contract. <br /> <br />A Development Agreement has been completed and shall be executed. <br /> <br />(e) Conditions attached to approval of the preliminary plat shall be fulfilled or secured by <br />the development agreement, as appropriate; and <br /> <br />The conditions of the preliminary plat have been substantially fulfilled. All comments from the City Engineer memo related to the final plat dated August 8, <br />2025. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the following items shall be addressed prior to issuing grading <br />and/or building permits within the plat: <br /> <br />1. All comments from the City Engineer memo dated August 8, 2025. <br />2. All comments from the Environmental Coordinator memo dated August 6, 2025. <br />3.
