Water conservation should be considered by reducing areas that need required <br />maintenance and watering. <br />10. Stormwater management for the site is to be reviewed by the City Engineer and <br />will be required for each site to meet requirements at the time of building. <br />11. Proposed underground filtration will require pretreatment and additional access <br />points for future maintenance and inspection. <br />12. Redundant perimeter control is shown around wetlands and existing stormwater <br />facilities. Note or show detail that redundant perimeter control should be spaced <br />3-5’ apart. <br />13. Final review of erosion and sediment control will be completed with final plans. <br />14. Review of rare, unique, and sensitive areas should be completed for the site. <br />Primarily areas of wetland impact should be included to verify there are no rare <br />or endangered wetland species. <br />15.
