The HOA will also <br />maintain the stormwater reuse system, lake/borrow area, and open space and wetland buffers. <br /> <br />Agreements <br /> <br />Stormwater Maintenance Agreement <br /> <br />The stormwater maintenance for public facilities will be covered under the City’s Programmatic <br />Stormwater Management Agreement after the facilities have been installed and accepted by <br />the City. Borrow areas / lakes area will be maintained by the HOA. <br /> <br />Development Agreement and Final Plat <br /> <br />A Development Agreement will be prepared by the City and shall be executed. <br /> <br />Site Improvement Performance Agreement <br /> <br />Not applicable. <br />Page 66 of 168
