Environmental Board Meeting:June 25, 2025 <br />Park Board Meeting:July 7, 2025 <br />July 9, 2025 <br />August 13, 2025 <br />Planning & Zoning Board Meeting:September 10, 2025 <br />October 8, 2025 <br />November 12, 2025 <br /> City Council Work Session:December 1, 2025 <br /> City Council Meeting:December 8, 2025 <br />The applicant has requested an extension to the January 31, 2026. <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Land Use Application is for the following: <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment <br />Rezoning <br />PUD Preliminary Plan <br />Preliminary Plat <br />The Planning & Zoning Board held a public hearing on July 9, 2025 and recommended <br />continuing the public hearing to allow the applicant time to provide additional <br />information. The Board continued the public hearing again on August 13, 2025 and <br />September 10, 2025. The applicant continues to work on the revised plans and needs <br />additional time to complete. <br />ANALYSIS <br />None. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends continuing the public hearing for Peltier Ponds Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment, Rezoning and PUD Preliminary Plan/Preliminary Plat to allow time for the <br />applicant to provide additional information and revise plans. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />None. <br />2 <br /> <br />
