Section 1007.100(5) of the Zoning Ordinance (R, Rural District, Permitted <br />Uses) is hereby amended to add the following provisions: <br /> <br />(po) Medical cultivator, outdoor, limited to 2 acres in compliance with City Code Chapter <br />617. <br />(p) Cultivation operations for a Microbusiness and Mezzobusiness with a cultivation <br />endorsement. <br /> <br />Section 2. Section 1007.130(6) of the Zoning Ordinance (NB, Neighborhood Business <br />District, Permitted Uses) is hereby amended to add the following provisions: <br /> <br />(j) Retail operations for a Microbusiness and Mezzobusiness with a retail operations <br />endorsement, no on-site consumption. <br /> <br />Section 3. Section 1007.131(6) of the Zoning Ordinance (LB, Limited Business District, <br />Permitted Uses) is hereby amended to add the following provisions: <br /> <br />(m) Retail operations for a Microbusiness and Mezzobusiness, with a retail operations <br />endorsement, no on-site consumption. <br /> <br />Section 4. Section 1007.132(6) of the Zoning Ordinance (GB, General Business District, <br />Permitted Uses) is hereby amended to add the following provisions: <br /> <br />(s) Retail operations for a Microbusiness and Mezzobusiness with a retail operations <br />endorsement, no on-site consumption. <br /> <br /> Section 5.
