CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.25-129 <br />ADOPTING THE 2026 PRELIMINARY LEVY <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes grant local governments authority to levy property <br />taxes to finance the operations of the local jurisdiction; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes annually levies property taxes to finance general <br />operating costs and annual debt service on outstanding indebtedness; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the 2026 preliminary levy and must certify it <br />to Anoka County on or before September 30, 2025. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br />following be levied for taxes payable 2026: <br />General Levies 516,432,704 <br />Bonded Indebtedness <br />2015A G.O. <br />219,236 <br />2015A G.O.
