CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-127 <br />APPROVING AN INTERFUND TRANSFER FROM THE <br />GENERAL FUND TO THE PARK & TRAIL IMPROVEMENT FUND <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Lino Lakes may direct that money held in any fund or <br />account may be transferred to another fund or account of the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Lino Lakes desires to transfer a sum of $90,000 from the <br />General Fund to the Park & Trail Improvement Fund; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's Fund Balance Policy indicates the General Fund is to maintain 40 — <br />50% of the General Fund operating expenditures in its Unassigned General Fund Balance; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's Unassigned General Fund balance is above the desired range per <br />its policy. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota hereby <br />directs its Finance Director to transfer funds totaling $90,000 from the General Fund (101) to the <br />Park & Trail Improvement Fund (425). <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes on September 22, 2025. <br />4 E ' - <br />R4 Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC <br />City Clerk <br />
