CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-119 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING NATURES REFUGE NORTH DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, on September 8, 2025 the City Council passed Resolution No. 25-118 <br />approving Natures Refuge North PUD Final Plan/Final Plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the <br />execution of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />approves the Development Agreement between M/I Homes of Minneapolis/St. Paul, LLC and <br />the City of Lino Lakes for Natures Refuge North and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to <br />execute such agreement on behalf of the City <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of September, 2025 <br />I I !k- � &-- �,, <br />Ro R ferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
