<br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-143 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF HAMPTON ADDITION DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on October 13, 2025 the City Council passed Resolution No. 25-142 <br />approving Hampton Addition final plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City’s subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the <br />execution of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />approves the Development Agreement between Hampton Properties VIII, LLC and the City of <br />Lino Lakes for Hampton Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such <br />agreement on behalf of the City <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of October, 2025. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />___________________________ <br />Roberta Colotti, CMC, City Clerk <br />Page 97 of 145
