<br />CITY COUNCIL <br />REGULAR MEETING STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA ITEM 7B <br /> <br /> <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Diane Hankee PE, City Engineer <br /> <br />MEETING DATE: October 27, 2025 <br /> <br />TOPIC: Resolution No. 25-151, Adopting Assessments, 2025 Individual <br />Properties <br /> <br />VOTE REQUIRED: Simple Majority <br />_______________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />Staff is requesting that City Council adopt assessments for properties where the owners have <br />requested connection to City utilities. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />The property owners have submitted a signed Petition and Waiver Agreement, which waives <br />their rights to a hearing and waives their rights to appeal under the Lino Lakes City Charter <br />and/or Minnesota Statute 429 provided that the assessment associated with the improvement is <br />levied against their property. The City will adopt assessments for the following individual <br />properties: <br /> <br />- 904 81st Street <br />- 6317 Red Maple Lane <br />- 6340 Red Maple Lane <br />- 8032 Danube Street <br />- 6225 Red Maple Lane <br /> <br />The total amount to be assessed is $74,093.00. Attached is the proposed assessment roll. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff is recommending approval of Resolution No. 25-151, Adopting Assessments, 2025 Individual <br />Properties. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />1.
