§ 1002.05 PENALTIES. <br />A person who violates the provisions of the Minnesota State Fire Code or this subchapter after <br />being given written notice shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day's violation after notice <br />thereof shall constitute a separate offense. <br />(Ord. 12-00, passed 8-14-2000; Am.
