CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 -124 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 1F (FINAL) AND COMPENSATING CHANGE <br />ORDER NO. 1, 2013 MILL & OVERLAY PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted July 22, 2013, awarding the <br />contract for the 2013 Mill & Overlay Project to Rum River Contracting; <br />WHEREAS, a complete breakdown is detailed in Payment No. 1F (Final) and Compensating <br />Change Order No. 1; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that <br />Payment Request No. 1F (Final) and Compensating Change Order No. 1 is approved for a final <br />contract amount of $343,563.32. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota this 25th day of November, 2013. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
