CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-157 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RIGHT OF WAY PLAT NO. 4 <br />(OTTER LAKE ROAD EXTENSION) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota is proposing to undertake the extension of <br />Otter Lake Road; and <br />WHEREAS, construction of the improvements will require the acquisition of right-of-way <br />and permanent and temporary easements to facilitate the roadway improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, WSB, the City Engineer, has prepared a plat outlining all tracts and parcels of <br />land affected by the proposed acquisition in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 505.1793. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that: <br />1. That City of Lino Lakes Right -of -Way Plat No. 4 is hereby approved. <br />2.
