CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-161 <br />APPROVING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT WITH CHIPOTLE <br />AT CLEARWATER COMMONS <br />WHEREAS, the City has completed review of the site and building plans for a Chipotle <br />restaurant; and <br />WHEREAS, the legal description of the property is Lot 1 Block 1 Clearwater Commons; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, City Code Section 1007.020(5)(d) requires the execution of a site <br />performance agreement prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Site Improvement Performance Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and Clearwater <br />Commons Lino LLC. is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute <br />such agreements on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of November, 2025. <br />R fferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
