CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-158 <br /> <br />MUNICIPAL CONCURRENCE WITH COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY DESIGNATION <br />OF ASH STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County is proposing to convert the segment of Ash Street between <br />Centerville Road (CSAH 21) and I35E in the City of Lino Lakes to a County State Aid Highway; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County is proposing to convert the segment of County Road J <br />between Centerville Road (Ramsey County CSAH 59) and I35E in White Bear Township and the City <br />of North Oaks to a County State Aid Highway; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ash Street and County Road J is a border roadway for Anoka County and <br />Ramsey County; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City and Anoka County agree that the above-described section of roadway is <br />bordered by Ash Street (CSAH 32), and the segment is therefore appropriate for conversion as part <br />of the County State Aid Highway system; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br />designation of Ash Street between Centerville Road (CSAH 21) and I35E as County State Aid <br />Highway is in all things approved. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of November, 2025. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />___________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />___________________________ <br />Roberta Colotti, CMC, City Clerk <br />Page 100 of 101
