Engine 3 has a 1500 GPM fire pump, 750-gallon water tank, 20-gallon <br />foam tank, 2,500 feet of fire hose and a 1,250 GPM deck gun. This apparatus was purchased in used condition from <br />Custom Fire in 2022 and has become the primary response engine by the Duty Crew. Engine 3 responds out of Fire <br />Station 1. <br />Project Justification: <br />This apparatus was purchased used to fill the need for a full-size engine when the staffing of the Duty Crew started in <br />2022. The truck is currently 21 years old and will be 24 years old in 2028.
